My career began in film and content production, but what has always fascinated me most is the human side of creative work. The relationships we build, the trust we create, and the shared ambition that turns an idea into something meaningful.

Today, I lead teams of talented producers, creatives, and specialists, helping them navigate challenges, develop their strengths, and create work they can be proud of. While projects, technologies, and formats continue to evolve, one thing remains constant: great work is always created by people.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with leading brands, manage complex productions, and guide teams through demanding situations. These experiences have taught me that success is rarely about having all the answers. It is about listening, building trust, creating clarity, and bringing out the best in others.
